With a rock star team from Carnegie Mellon, YCombinator, etc, our team is poised to take over an emerging market. Our core products, Chat Helper and Product Helper, use the latest techniques in machine learning and natural language processing to provide innovative human-in-the-loop systems to agents in the call center.

As part of our data science team, you will be helping to develop critical features for our core products – one with no shortage of high quality data-sets, and large numbers of consumers it impacts.

How do we build a best-of-breed NLP classifier? How do we improve unsupervised learning methods to analyze and structure a year’s worth of conversational data? These and more are some of the problems we tackle daily.

Requirements

  • Experience applying applying NLP, and general supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods to real-world datasets
  • Proficiency in probability and statistics, including experimental design and causal inference
  • Practical experience with various languages like Python/R/SQL, and libraries like Scikit-learn,Tensorflow, NumPy, Gensim, etc.
  • Understanding of machine learning methods; classification, clustering, feature selection, neural networks etc.

Responsibilities + Specific Skills Required

  • Experience leading, or playing a critical role in back end development for 3+ years, ideally in startup/SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in leading edge back end technologies similar to Python, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
  • Working familiarity and understanding of the front end, i.e. ReactJS, AngularJS, CSS/HTML/JS
  • Experience with standard practices like TDD, Scrum/Agile a plus
  • Experience mentoring other talented engineers
  • Completed Bachelor in Computer Science or similar experience

Day to Day

As part of our engineering leadership team, you will be given autonomy to lead critical features for our core products.

You will work directly with the CTO to do research, design, implementation, and productionalization.

You will have the opportunity to mentor and manage other talented engineers in our growing team.

Requirements

  • Experience leading, or playing a critical role in front end development for 3+ years, ideally in startup/SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in leading edge front end technologies similar to ReactJS, Angular, Sass/Less, HTML5, etc
  • Working familiarity and understanding of the back end, i.e. REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL Databases, Python/NodeJS/or similar

We recently received our series A funding, are already powering multiple Fortune 500 brands, and are looking for an ambitious sales professional to take our efforts to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have enough experience to effectively drive deals from prospect-to-close with minimal guidance and will be flexible enough to generate new business with limited supporting infrastructure.
This is also a great longer term opportunity for someone ambitious to take on a leadership role on the heels of proven success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new business by prospecting, performing discovery, evaluating, and qualifying targeted leads.
  • Administer and manage complex sales cycles, price negotiation and contractual agreements.
  • Present the Augment product to senior management and C-level executives, and demonstrate best use cases.
  • Work closely with a cross-functional sales and marketing team on demand generation
  • Travel up to 80% of each month

Requirements

  • Existing network in the customer service and/or live chat space
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years in B2B software solution sales
  • Excellent presentation, organization, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to define and execute account strategies to generate high volume and value sales
  • Familiarity with MEDPICC a plus

You will optimize the application of our technology to fit customer applications. You will work with our engineers and developers to best meet customer requirements. Travel required.

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support the development and integration of applications using our technology with our strategic partners, channel partners and select major brand customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as a systems engineer in the enterprise software market. You will have programming skills and you will be familiar with the use of standard application program (API) interfaces. Experience with machine learning and AI is highly desirable. Experience with enterprise search, taxonomy, the training and use of classifiers is beneficial.

You will use your communication skills to maintain excellent relationships with customers, from first introduction, until they are in production and beyond. You will also ensure proper after-sales service and work with our customer support team as required.
